I love food and the different flavors of this, so it is
difficult to define a favorite meal, but I will choose it for its simplicity
and is rice with some accompaniment, its preparation depends on each person,
first in the pot add garlic, onion, carrot all chopped, then a little oil and
let it fry for a moment. Then we add 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water,
depends on how many people will eat, finally, we cook it for 30 minutes and
serve it Mmmmmm delicious rice!
I like it too much because it is super fast, easy to prepare
and its flavor is rich. Eating rice in moderation and a balanced diet does not
alter our health, however, in excess it can cause alterations in our health
because it has a lot of carbohydrates and the excess of these in the body can
alter the glucose metabolism and insulin production.
